This notice explains what BHVD Kids collects through the Calm Pop website and what we do with it.
What we collect
When an adult joins the Calm Pop list, we collect the email address they provide and information associated with that signup, such as the page or source of the request. Our hosting and email providers may also process standard technical information needed to operate and protect the site.
How we use it
We use this information to manage the Calm Pop waitlist, share product and launch updates, provide first-access information, respond to questions and maintain the security and operation of the website.
Who helps us
We use service providers to operate the site and communicate with subscribers. Email addresses submitted through this site are processed by Klaviyo, our email platform. We do not sell or rent the waitlist.
Our brand relationship
Calm Pop is a BHVD Kids product, and BHVD Kids is part of BHVD. The Ice Sack is another BHVD offering. These brands may share administrative resources and service providers where appropriate, but joining the Calm Pop list does not automatically subscribe you to unrelated BHVD or The Ice Sack marketing.
Your choices
You may unsubscribe using the link included in our emails. To ask us to access, correct or delete information associated with your email address, contact admin@bhvd.co. We will respond as required by applicable law.
Children's privacy
The website and waitlist are intended for parents, caregivers and other adults. We do not knowingly ask children under 13 to submit personal information. If you believe a child has provided information through the site, contact us so we can review and remove it.
Retention and changes
We keep waitlist information for as long as needed to provide the updates requested, operate the service and meet legal obligations. We may update this notice as the product and website develop; the effective date below will show the latest version.
